Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire claims process for personal and commercial insurance policies.
- Collect and verify relevant claim documentation.
- Evaluate claims for validity and appropriate settlement amounts.
- Coordinate with assessors and stakeholders to expedite claims processing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Address inquiries and resolve client issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent; relevant insurance certifications (e.g., NQF Level 4, RE5) are a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail in document and data management.
